If you need assistance regarding changing/canceling your subscription, please follow the below steps:
- Ensure that you are using a desktop or laptop computer.
- Please go to “Account” on the right-hand corner of our page.
- If you have not created an account when you purchased your Hello.Me product, please click “Create an Account” and follow the instructions. Please create an account with the email you have received your shipping confirmation from.
- Once you have created your account, you will receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, you will be able to access all of your Hello.Me subscriptions to make any necessary changes.
- If you have not created an account, please do not click “Forget Password” as this will not help you to create an account.
